PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE:

VLS understands that building owners require safe and efficient elevator operation. Our comprehensive maintenance program is designed to prevent elevator malfunctions before

they begin. While performing scheduled maintenance any problems identified are corrected, preventing subsequent equipment failure potentially resulting in elevator downtime and or

major repair.

NEW CONSTRUCTION:

Here at VLS we know the importance of having your new project go in on time and on budget.

We will work closely with you and your project coordinator to insure a great experiance with

VLS. WE WANT YOUR BUSINESS now and in the future, we will work hard to get it and even

harder to keep it.

MODERNIZATION:

Many of our customers have questions about modernizing their equipment. Some common questions are: When is the right time to modernize? What is the cost? How disruptive will it be to my building or business? Each modernization project is unique and comes with its own challenges. Our friendly team will be happy to talk with you to determine the best options for each project. However we would like to say that modernization should only be suggested when your equipment no longer meets the traffic demands of your building, or when your equipment is no longer in compliance with State Codes and Regulations.

REPAIR:

Elevators, like all electrical and mechanical equipment, will at some point require repair. Vertical Lift Services' experienced elevator personnel will properly identify and fix the problem in a timely manner.
